Payments

1. When booking online patients must pay the full amount for an ‘Initial consultation’, ‘Return routine’ and ‘Toenail reconstruction’ appointments.
2. When booking online patients must pay a deposit for ‘New patient biomechanical assessment’ and ‘biomechanical assessment’.
3. Payments accepted are Debit Card, Credit Card, Corporate/Business Cards. We do not accept AMEX.

Treatments

1. A consent form must be signed before any treatment is carried out. There may be times when you have to sign more than one consent form if you are having a particular treatment.
2. New patients are required to provide all medical history and medication.
3. Patients who usually see our Podiatry Assistant are required to have an annual assessment once a year with a Podiatrist, at the cost of a return routine appointment. Your normal treatment you have with the Podiatry Assistant will be carried out at this appointment at the same time.
